One of the presumptions to reach the good results is a hight level physical ground.
I´m training 5 – 6 times a week and trying to make 10 training units during this period.
The alpine skiers training is very varied neverhteless most important are power, dynamic power and deftness
Skiing training - One skiing day at the glacier
6.30 wake up
7.30 arrive at the glacier
8.15 lift opening
9.00 beginning of the training by freeskiing
9.00 – 9.30 Coaches set a course. Course setting contains: transport of own slalom gates at the slope, bore holes into the glacier by a drilling machine for each gate and screw up all the gates.
9.30 – 12.30 Taining in the Mates 8 – 15 runs (dependent on intenzity, conditions and need. The course is corrected during the training, eventually resetted. A few runs are camered to make later an analyse of it.
12.45 Meeting with the chef of the glacier courses to get a course for next day.
13.00 Arrival from the glacier
13.45 Return to the penzion

16.45 – 18.15 Dryline training
19.15 Video analyse of the ski trainig and leisure time
22.00 going slep
